Where is it leaking?

1. At the coffee spout/lid of the brewing chamber.
2. At the bottom of the water tank or underneath the machine.

1. At the top

Causes and solutions: leak at the coffee spout/lid of the brewing chamber.

1. The pod holder contains a sieve that can get blocked. Unblock the sieve in the middle of the pod holder by rinsing the pod holder clean under the tap. Use a dish brush if needed, or clean the pod holder in the dishwasher.
2. The rubber ring / silicone ring can leak.
3. The coffee spout, coffee collector and pod holder are dirty or blocked. All parts can be cleaned in the dishwasher or with warm water. You have not placed the coffee pod(s) correctly.
4. The ground coffee in the coffee pods must be evenly distributed. Place the coffee pods with the rounded side down in the middle of the pod holder.

2. At the bottom

1. A puddle of water under the Senseo? Valve worn out! Order three-way valve parts.
2. It could also be that there is too much water in the water tank, causing it to overflow. Do not fill the water tank above the indicated maximum level. The water tank has not been placed back carefully enough.
3. If the water tank is not placed carefully enough into the machine, water can splash over the edge of the tank.
